Telehealth consulting works very similarly to an in-person appointment, except that you can do it from the comfort of your home, on your lunch break at work, or anywhere that you find privacy and WiFi. You will receive a HIPAA compliant video link when the appointment is scheduled. At the time of your appointment, click on the link and enter the video call. During the first visit (45-60 mins), we review your health history, current symptoms, diet, supplement routine, health goals and any labs you've had done up to this point. I’ll then create a personalized Wellness Plan for you.

I am a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist by training and hold a license to practice naturopathic medicine and acupuncture in Oregon. Florida chooses not to license naturopathic medicine so Florida does not currently offer licenses to N.D.’s. I work as an educational health consultant with clients outside of Oregon, which includes conducting research reviews intended to be shared with anyone on your medical team. I provide guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, botanical medicine, supplementation, homeopathic preparations, etc. to help support your health and wellness. This model of client care is truly the best of both worlds, as it includes the accessibility of a health coach with the education and expertise of a physician, and a personalized health and wellness plan that is lacking in almost all healthcare models.

Insurance does not allow for the type of extended care used with holistic health consultations. Insurance works well in the traditional health care and Medicare model, but it does not cover individualized services offered by Naturae Holistic Health.
